TPD – Triple Planar Wave Driver Vertical Line Source
6 x 5 inch Triple Planar wave Driver Vertical line source loudspeaker at a dispersion angle of 15° x 90°. The speakers is intended to be used as single speakers on a floor stand or in flown applications. Designed for venues where short to medium trow ( 3 ) sound reproduction is required or as side fill, delay line.
LINA features TPD (Triple Planar Wave Driver) technology, The three narrow slot planar wave compression high drivers are in a flat pre angled arrangement offer in combination with the six 5 inch woofers excellent vertical dispersion control starting at 200Hz. The three high drivers provide clear low distortion ultra high frequency response even at high output levels, offering more clarity and better dispersion than conventional high drivers.
The state-of-the-art control technology uses the most advanced F.I.R. filters, providing single and dual cluster settings with exceptional phase control. These filters incorporate more than 20 years of development and research experience from one of the first designers ever to use F.I.R. filtering in such a comprehensive way that it affects not only phase, but also dispersion and spatial energy distribution.
The loss less passive crossover network guarantees that all amplifier power reaches the transducers, a substantial benefit for environmental sustainability.
